December Bullet Journal

I have been a bit slow getting my December bullet journal pages sorted. This week has just flown by.

But I managed to sit down yesterday and get all the pages sorted for the rest of the month. So now I can at least attempt to be organised.

I started with a very simple December front page.

December Main Page

This gold pen has been sitting in my pencil case for ages and is the perfect colour for a December layout.

I have kept to this style of writing for all the bullet pages this month.

To Do List

This is a simple page this month. I haven’t written any goals down for this month, as I am still working on the goals from last month. The plan is to keep reverting back to them rather than rewriting them all out again for another month.

December Diary

These pages are a place for me to have a quick glance at what is happening for the month.

I find this page really helpful it’s a place I can do a quick glance over every day to see what we are doing and can then plan the daily pages.

December Dates

I use this for my Tropic business. It is a page I fill with strange and wonderful celebrated days. Such as National Cookie Day, National Writing day etc. I find it really useful to create content for the business using these days. Personally I also love seeing all these weird and wonderful days that are celebrated.

Did you know today is put on your own shoes day and St Nicholas Day!

December Daily

These are the last set of pages in the bullet journal for December.

I write in these each day, writing my list of things that I want to do each day. At the end of the day I tick them off or move them to another day, depending on if they are completed or not. I never know how many pages of these will end up in the bullet journal. It depends on how long the lists are for each day.

These are the pages that attempt to keep me organised. I use the diary page to fill out what we have planned on the days and then add what I would like to have completed as well.

These are the proper diary pages I suppose.

Christmas Planning

Before I started my December pages I did do a couple of pages for my Christmas planning.

I like to have a plan of what I am buying for who and I like to tick it off as I go. So this is what these pages are for. (I keep my bullet journal close to me so no one else sees what is in here.)

But it means I can take this out shopping with me, or to my laptop for online shopping as this is how I have shopped this year. I can make sure I am buying things that I want to get and that everyone is accounted for. This is a page I do every year. It really helps with the stress that Christmas can bring as I hate trying to remember who has what and what I have brought here there and everywhere.

My December bullet journal is simple but effective this year. There aren’t many pages. Having worked the last few months like this with my journal it is a system that works for me. It is also one that I actually do use on a daily basis, as it is simple. I don’t feel overwhelmed with it as it is easy to keep up with.
