Cooking
Yesterday we had a cooking day, we baked a cake and then made tea, which used some filo pastry.
I cut a little off and let Baba have a play.
He rolled it out.
He cut out the shapes, we had ovals, circles, fingers and a bouncy monster.
He then covered them in Jam, this took a lot of concentrating.
When they were finished he placed them on a plate, ready to go into the oven to be cooked. Once they were made, they were a little bit yummy, even if they did need a little bit more jam on. He loved it, it was such an easy thing to do, but he needed no help and had great fun making our pudding yesterday!
I can remember doing that with Keagan, jam on pastry is always fun, looks like you both had a great time! Zo xx
