Chocolate Cake With A Biscoff Spread Drizzle

I have been baking a lot recently, one cake I made that was a huge hit was a chocolate cake with a Biscoff Spread drizzle.

This cake was a huge hit, I used a basic chocolate cake recipe, with 4 eggs, 8ozs of butter, sugar, and 7ozs of flour with 1oz of cocoa powder.

I mixed this mixture up and I halved this mixture into two round tins, and waited for both to be cooked.

While they were cooling, I put a few of tablespoons of my Biscoff Spread into a bowl and put them into the microwave to warm it up and to make it a little runny.

I then put most of the warm Biscoff spred into the middle of the cake and spread it around the base cake before putting the other half of the cake on top of the spread.

The rest of the Biscoff Spread was used to drizzle over the top of the cake, and just like that it was finished.

This cake was gooey, so light, chocolaty and a gorgeous little hint of Biscoff throughout it.

It was a massive hit, and one that I will definitely be making again in the future.

It was such a good cake, on that disappeared quickly in our house, and one that the boys instantly asked for another one to be made as soon as this was finished.

It isn’t a healthy recipe, but one that is totally worth the naughtiness, as it is so damn good!
