Eyes.
The link to our souls.
The clue to our feelings.
They give you the look of love, of hate and of sadness.
These are the eyes of Norman.
Ones that are so loving, so loyal, so wanting.
Ones that have seen things that I don’t want to think about.
Abuse, loneliness and so very near the end of line.
Ones that now see children, laughter, hugs and love.
Eyes that tell such a tale
One that luckily has a happy ending.

Awww, he’s gorgeous! It makes me so sad to think how some animals are treated, I hope the only thing seen in his eyes soon is sheer happiness.
He is a gorgeous terror lol, it really upsets me what has happened to him in the past. I hope he realises how much he is now loved xx

What a beautiful post and a great photo. We had a rescue dog when I was growing up and it was dreadful what had happened to him. I love that they find happy homes and get to wash away that fear. Lovely post thank you for sharing with #alphabetphoto
Thank you, we always had rescue dogs and both of ours are rescue now, Tito was brought as a puppy but that was the only one xx
