I don’t do new years resolutions, I have goals for 2016 which I have written about here. I knew at the beginning of the year I wanted to work hard on my Tropic business and make it larger but over the last few days I have been working on my Tropic plans for the new year.
I have really stopped crafting, I haven’t shut up shop, as I just can’t yet bring my heart to do it, but Scrapbookerry is just sitting there, not really doing a lot, just sitting in the internet world until I really decide what I am going to do with it.
I will always be a crafter, I am not sure whether I will also own a crafting business, it is something I still haven’t 100% decided and I am still debating on a regular basis, but I haven’t done any work with it since starting Tropic.
Tropic is what I am loving at the moment and what I seem to be really good at. I am so enjoying it as well.
So much so that I started a course about skin care and make up which I need to do some more work for this week, and I love it, everything I am learning I am enjoying, and I love people finding out about Tropic and using it and loving it.
So this week I thought I would set some plans, some intentions for Tropic.
I want more customers, I want to spread the word about Tropic, and people to know I am the person to go to get their Tropic products, and to host their Pamper Experiences and to order their products through.
I want to have more Pamper Experiences a month, I have set a target of four. One open house, or party that I do and three more booked in. Either Pamper Experiences or one to ones, is fine, but I want three extra events not including my own to do a month.
I want to be earning enough to pay for Boo’s preschool, and to help pay for us getting fitter and healthier as the year goes on.
I want to be earning a wage, a wage that makes a difference in the family and that contributes.
I want to start building my team, have some Independent Ambassadors join and to climb up the Tropic ladder.
I am so excited about this year, and January has been a great month, and February is looking to be fantastic as well.
In the next couple of weeks I have the Tropic Roadshow, and in March we have the Glambassadors event, I am planning on going to both of these, and can not wait to meet more ambassadors, and to grow my business that when I started was going to be oh so small, but actually saying it is a small business just stops it to grow and I don’t want to do that. I want this business to grow and grow and I am so excited to see where I will be in a years time with Tropic.
