This past month I have been taking an online Diploma in Photography.
It is 2 lessons a week, with an assignment after each lesson, and then an assignment at the end of the course.
I have been gradually listening to the lessons over the last few days.
Today was a gorgeous sunny day and I decided to put some of the things I have been learning into practise.
So I went out in the garden with Boo and snapped away. Mainly at Boo, sometimes at Buddy and Norman and also taking pictures of all the flowers that are still looking lovely out there.
It’s not that I want to be a professional photographer.
But I want to know how to use my cameras.
And yes I did say cameras, I love to take photos.
Obviously I do because I scrapbook.
I love the stories that photos capture, the moments that they tell, and the memories that they keep forever.
And I love taking pictures of the things that we do, the things around us and the boys growing up.
And I love that I have more than one camera to play with while I am capturing our memories.
But most of all, I just love being behind the camera.
Snapping away and then downloading the photos on the computer and looking over and over them over the years.
