So last Friday was a hard day in our house, Baba was admitted to hospital at 4am as he was not breathing properly. We finally got discharged at 3pm, so we were tired, hungry and fed up it was the third time in hospital in two weeks.

But my mood charged when I walked into the house, to be told by my mum (she was looking after the dog) that a parcel had arrived! My secret post had been delivered and gosh didn’t it cheer me up after the day that I had.

(C) 2010 And Then All I Thought About Was You

I got a lovely book that I have not read, but I loved Cecelia Ahern “PS, I love you” so I am sure that I will enjoy this book. Some special tea, and these gorgeous small hand-made mini scarfs, which have been worn as hair bands since I got them as they are so easy to tie my hair with. I also got a lovely butterfly card, but it has been taken up to Baba’s room so could not get a picture of it at the moment.

I just wanted to say a great big thanks to The Lady Who Lunches and from her lovely secret post present I have now started the proceedings for a local Lady Who Lunches club. So a double thank you.

If you would like to know more about The Secret Post Club please look here.

NB: Baba is now on the mend so I think that we maybe getting there slowly!

Oh it is so nice isn’t it. Much better than emailing and doing everything over the internet. I love waiting for mine, it is like your birthday as a child all over again. xx

That book is BRILLIANT – I had only discovered Cecelia Aherne last year when someone bought me “A Place Called Here” and I went out and bought this myself.
