I often read the Personal Challenge and have wanted to take part for a long time, but there always seems to be something in the way. But this month I have made an extra effort and have actually managed to sort myself and get involved.
So I could seriously put a huuuuuggggge list of things that I would like to challenge myself with this month, but I am being sensible and I am going to stick to just a couple.
EXERCISE AND DIET!
I know it is hand in hand with one another but I really need to nail these two this month. I have a wedding at the end of the month and I would really like to be a little smaller. So from this day forth I am going to try to exercise at least three times a week and I am going to try my hardest to eat sensibly. I am going to be using my Thinking Slimmer pods to help get my mind in the right place and am going to be working on walking the dog and using either the Wii or the XBox to help with my plan.
